Statement of Tribute: My beloved husband Howard, passed away suddenly at home. He had been fine all day (at least I thought so). He passed away in a matter of minutes. The paramedics could not save him and he never made it to the hospital. He was treated as if having a heart attack so each time they shocked him he bled out into his thoracic cavity. My daughter and I were with him and it was devastating. Not only did he leave me after 36 years, but also our four beautiful children. We now have a Grandson he didn't get to meet. I am so thankful for the time we had together but it wasn't nearly long enough.
